Fletcher 1990-1999
In 1993 each Fletcher Challenge share is split into two targeted shares to reflect the performance of the two distinct parts of the Group's business.
Ordinary Division shares represent the operations of the Group in pulp and paper, energy and building. Forests Division shares cover the solid wood plantation forestry activities of Fletcher Challenge.
In 1996 the Ordinary Division is reorganised to create three new targeted shares reflecting the performance of individual industry groupings - Fletcher Challenge Paper, Fletcher Challenge Building and Fletcher Challenge Energy - alongside the existing Fletcher Challenge Forests shares.
